Where is HiLamps located?

HiLamps is a China-based lighting business. Our operations office is in Chengdu, and our factory production base is in Zhongshan, Guangdong.

Do you have a U.S. warehouse?

Yes. Some products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse in Buford, Georgia 30518. Items that are not in U.S. stock may ship from our factory base in China after processing or production.

What products do you sell?

We sell chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling lights, stairwell fixtures, linear chandeliers, and custom decorative lighting.

Can I customize a light fixture?

In many cases, yes. Common custom requests include size, finish, hanging length, canopy size, voltage, color temperature, and layout changes. Not every fixture can be changed in every way, so please contact us before ordering.

How do I request custom lighting?

Email us the product link, required size, finish, delivery country, and any drawings or room photos. We will review the request and confirm what can be made, the estimated production time, and the price.

Do you work with designers or trade buyers?

Yes. We support interior designers, contractors, builders, hotels, retailers, importers, and project buyers. For trade account or project orders, send your company information, product links, quantities, delivery country, and target schedule.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

U.S. warehouse items usually ship within 2 business days, with delivery to U.S. addresses usually taking 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. In-stock items shipping from China usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Made-to-order or custom fixtures usually need 15 to 35 business days before shipment.

Is standard shipping free?

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. If you need expedited shipping, contact us before placing the order or before shipment. We will confirm the available option, estimated delivery time, and cost by email.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout or a written quote says these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or missing parts?

Contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please send your order number, photos of the packaging, photos or video of the issue, and a short description. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next step.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 90 days after delivery if they meet our return conditions. Custom, made-to-order, modified, and special-order fixtures are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. HiLamps lighting fixtures include a 3-year limited warranty, unless the product page, invoice, or written quote states otherwise. The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Because we work directly with our Zhongshan production base, we can review product details, replacement parts, and warranty cases with the factory team directly.

Do I need an electrician to install the fixture?

Yes, we recommend using a qualified electrician. Lighting should be installed according to local electrical codes and site conditions.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can place an order without creating an account. An account may make it easier to review order history and checkout information.
